Ganda Mool – Meaning, role and application - 15-10-2010

Ashwini, Aashlesha, Magha, Jyeshtha, Mool and Rewati – these six constellations are known as Ganda Mool Nakshatras.  And it has been commonly understood by many that if the birth occurs under these constellations i.e. at the time of birth, the natal Moon falls in any one of these six Nakshatras (constellations), this causes death and destruction to the Native and/or the family.

Relationships are inevitably the most important component of human persona.  As quoted by Antoine de Saint-Exupery - the French writer, “Man is a knot into which relationships are tied”, I feel that this knotting of ourselves into relationships begins even before we are born.  The very moment we originate to exist in our mother’s womb, we are blessed with a loving mother taking care of us.  Thereafter, till the time we take birth in this world, we remain under the protection and care of our family.  And since then, we remain tied with various relationships till we depart for our heavenly abode.  Most of our endeavors during our life-span are directly or indirectly influenced by the relationships we are knotted into.

Though we all are well aware of the fact that diligence can make things work yet in order to practice, we need to understand the complete meaning of it.  In addition to the prevailing concept encircling the focus only on skill (physical and mental labor), industriousness comprises two more elements viz. confidence and determination.  In present highly competitive scenario, it is only with the aid of all three elements that we can make best use of our efforts.  I am of the firm opinion that the inner fire of a human is more vigorous than that of outside (the physical body) and it means that if one has burning desire for something, he is bound to success against all odds.
